A new pop-up is launching in Carnaby this month from flavour pioneers Smith & Sinclair. At first glance The Flavour Rooms appears to be sweet shop from the outside but step inside and you’ll find an emporium of cocktail inspired treats for the senses including edible bubbles, alcoholic sherbet dip dabs, pastilles and more.
In the evening delve downstairs where the London company have partnered with Tanqueray to create a gin bar with a twist. Order from one of four bespoke gin cocktails including one that changes colour when its poured and then head over to the Garnish Bar where you can put your own spin on the flavour with a selection of delights including gin oils, lollipops, specification balls and edible perfumes. If you want to give your mouth a break then there’s even a vapour orb where you can inhale cocktails instead.
If you want to experiment a bit more then The Flavour Rooms is also offering edible perfume workshops where you an learn about scent and create your own bottle to take home.
